Cookie notice
What this site stores in your browser, why it stores it, and how to change your mind.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Our approach
This site is built to work without tracking. We use browser storage only where it is needed to deliver a function you asked for, or where you have given consent. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Estonia, storage that is not strictly necessary requires your prior consent; rejecting is as easy as accepting, and no optional storage is written before you choose.
2. What is stored
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
mtx.consent.v1 |
Local storage | Records whether you accepted or rejected optional storage, so we do not ask again on every page. | Until you clear it | Strictly necessary |
mtx.theme |
Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. | Until you clear it | Strictly necessary |
mtx.layout |
Session storage | Carries a floor-planner summary to the contact form when you press “Send with an enquiry”. Removed as soon as it is inserted. | Current tab session | Strictly necessary |
| Measurement storage | Cookie / local storage | Aggregate statistics on which pages are visited, to help us improve the site. Loaded only after you accept. | Up to 13 months | Optional — requires consent |
Strictly necessary items are exempt from the consent requirement because the site cannot provide the function you requested without them. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared with third parties.
3. Optional measurement
No measurement or analytics script is loaded unless you press “Accept optional”. If you have not chosen, or if you have rejected, nothing optional runs. If you accept and later change your mind, use the link in section 4 — the choice is honoured from the next page load.
4. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open the cookie settings at any time using the Cookie settings link, which also appears in the footer of every page. You can additionally clear this site's storage through your browser settings, which resets everything described above.
5. Third-party requests
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare. When a font file is requested, your IP address and browser details are necessarily visible to those providers as part of delivering the file. No cookie is set by us in that process. If you would prefer the site to serve fonts from our own domain instead, write to us and we will tell you the current status of that change.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because optional storage is off by default and requires an explicit opt-in, this site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
7. More information
How we handle personal data more generally is described in our privacy notice. Questions about either document can be sent to motravax@inbox.eu.
